Professional Summary

I'm a Professional Customer Service and Sales Representative who has been working since 2005 in call centers here in the Philippines for American and Australian clients. I have experience in billing, sales, CS, basic troubleshooting, porting of mobile phone numbers, activation of the phone, installation, disconnection and other.

I'm also a Professional Real Estate Virtual Assistant who is working for a client based in California. I handle his social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc). I created and manage his website, does lead generation, skip trace, does the Comps, and more. I have been working for my client for more than 7 months and I am confident that I will be working with him for a long time. I am happy with what I am doing and I am blessed to have free time on my hand, this is why I am accepting part time and freelance works.

I have just finished a Course and a Training as an SEO Specialist with Filipino Virtual Assistance who does excellent job in teaching and assisting students with their course needs. I very much enjoy SEO, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and other SEO Google tools and Keyword tools that I use to rank cleint's websites this is why I am making it my specialty. I have experience in Web Creation under and web development with Wordpress and Wix.
